Hi! My name is Alexandra Rumianceva. I`m a mindfulness practices and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) qualified teacher, psychologist, workshops and silence retreats’ leader, mindfulness popularizer. During learning and teaching, I am inspired by the way self-awareness is emerging, perception is changing and how a person's interest to both his life and himself is increasing. He starts noticing things that he hasn’t noticed before, understands how he creates his own mood and state, observes automatic reactions and learns to behave in a different way, wondering: “Was it possible, really?” Plunging and starting to know and get ourselves better, we cognize the nature of everything around us. And this happens not at the level of understanding, but at the level of perceiving and living which is necessary for the acquired knowledge to become a part of our life. When I realized how practices work, how effective and affordable this tool is, I wanted more people to learn about mindfulness. Therefore, I have chosen the path of consciousness and mindfulness popularizer for myself.
